We keep a kit on the van. For emergencies inside our service area we can usually be on site within a couple of hours during daylight hours. We'll make the scene safe first, then clear what needs clearing: sometimes that's everything, sometimes just what's blocking access.
We don't charge a call-out premium for emergencies inside the usual LS postcode area. If you need a written report for your insurer we'll produce one on the day or follow it up in writing, whichever works for your claim.
